Before building Echozer, we spent years working in digital marketing, conversion rate optimization, and ecommerce growth. Partnering with businesses of every size, we kept seeing the same challenges: stores with great products where customers still struggled to find the right variant, compare options, or discover related items.
Merchants often installed multiple apps to solve problems that should have been much simpler. Product pages became harder to manage, the shopping experience less consistent, and store performance suffered. Instead of treating these as isolated issues, we looked at the complete customer journey and asked why shoppers hesitated before buying. Those insights became the foundation of Echozer.
Rather than building software for every ecommerce platform, we chose to focus exclusively on Shopify.
