Secure Authentication
Echozer apps use Shopify’s secure OAuth authentication process. We never ask for your Shopify password or store login credentials.
Access to your store is granted only after you approve the permissions requested during app installation through Shopify.
Data Protection
We collect only the information required to provide our app features. We do not collect unnecessary data, and we do not sell merchant information to third parties.
Merchant data is processed only to deliver app functionality, improve our services, provide customer support, maintain platform security, and comply with legal obligations.
Data Encryption
Data is encrypted while it is transmitted between your Shopify store, our services, and trusted third-party providers using industry-standard encryption protocols.
Where applicable, we also use appropriate safeguards to protect stored data from unauthorized access.
Access Control

Access permissions are regularly reviewed and managed according to the principle of least privilege.
Infrastructure Security

Shopify API Compliance
Our apps are built using Shopify’s official APIs and follow Shopify’s platform requirements.
We request only the API permissions necessary for our apps to function and access only the data required to provide the features you choose to use.
Data Retention
We retain merchant data only for as long as necessary to provide our services.
When an Echozer app is uninstalled, associated store data is permanently deleted within 24 hours, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Third-Party Services
To operate our business, we work with trusted third-party service providers for areas such as analytics, customer support, communications, infrastructure, and security.
We carefully select our providers and expect them to maintain appropriate security and privacy standards.
