By accessing our website, installing our Shopify apps, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or apps.

Echozer develops Shopify apps that help merchants improve their stores and increase sales through better shopping experiences.

Eligibility

Our Services

Echozer provides Shopify applications, educational resources, documentation, customer support, and related services for Shopify merchants.

We continuously improve our products and may add, update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption.

Shopify Platform

Our apps are built to work with Shopify. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify’s own terms, policies, and agreements.

You are responsible for maintaining an active Shopify account and complying with all Shopify requirements.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your Shopify account secure and for all activities that occur through your account.

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer our apps, distribute malicious software, or use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

App Permissions

Our apps require certain Shopify permissions to provide their intended functionality. By installing an Echozer app, you authorize us to access only the Shopify data necessary for the features you choose to use.

The permissions requested during installation are explained by Shopify before you approve the installation.

Subscription and Billing

Some Echozer apps or features may require a paid subscription.

All billing is processed securely through Shopify’s billing system. Subscription fees, billing cycles, trial periods, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are managed according to Shopify’s billing policies.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Shopify’s policies.

Free Trials

Some apps may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription may begin according to the pricing displayed in the Shopify App Store unless you uninstall the app before the trial expires.

Intellectual Property

All content available through Echozer, including our software, designs, branding, logos, graphics, documentation, website content, and other materials, is owned by Bug Finder or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, exploit, or create derivative works from our software without our written permission.

You may not attempt to bypass security measures, interfere with our infrastructure, or use automated systems that negatively affect the performance of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid to Echozer for the applicable app during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using our services at any time by uninstalling our Shopify apps.

Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ends.
